Zagreb, October 27, 2025 – American band A Perfect Circle, led by Tool’s vocalist Maynard James Keenan and guitarist Billy Howerdel, will be performing in Croatia for the first time — at Zagreb’s Šalata Stadium on June 16, 2026.
Keenan and Howerdel are part of the musical elite of modern American rock bands, and together they formed their own rock supergroup. Like the cult band Tool, A Perfect Circle has had a tremendous influence on modern rock music and generations of performers and fans alike. Their debut performance at Šalata is certain to be one of the most significant international concerts of next summer.
“Our friends in Europe — we miss you. It’s been too long, seven long years. We’ve found a way,” says Billy Howerdel.
A Perfect Circle was founded by Maynard James Keenan, the lead vocalist and lyricist of Tool, one of the most influential progressive rock bands of the past three decades. Alongside him is guitarist Billy Howerdel, who, in addition to working with Tool, was also a guitar technician for bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Smashing Pumpkins, and Fishbone. Combining vocal excellence, musical precision, emotional depth, and melody, A Perfect Circle creates a sound that pushes the boundaries of modern rock music.
Since 1999, the band has released four albums, and their “Mer de Noms” was once the highest-charting rock debut album, recently celebrating its 25th anniversary. Their singles “Judith” and “3 Libras” marked a major turning point in the world of alternative and hard rock, shaping the sound of the genres.
Over their 25-year career, they have also released “Thirteenth Step” (2003), “eMOTIVe” (2004), and “Eat the Elephant” (2018). The latter debuted in the top 3 of the Billboard 200 and topped the Rock Albums Chart. Throughout their career, they have headlined festivals around the world and sold out prestigious venues such as Hollywood Bowl, Madison Square Garden, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Their first tour outside the United States in seven years will take them across Europe next summer. Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel, with their band, will perform at venues including London’s O2 Academy Brixton and Berlin’s Zitadelle, as well as festivals such as Rock Im Park, Rock Am Ring, and Nova Rock. Their concert in Croatia will also mark their debut performance in the region.
Tickets went on sale on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The early bird batch of 1,000 tickets is priced at €53. Once sold out, the price will rise to €57. Tickets will be available via Core Event’s website and physical outlets, including Dirty Old Shop, Rockmark, and Dallas Music Shop Rijeka.
